التحالف السوداني يدين قصف طيران الجيش قرية ام راسون قتل العشرات من المدنين

نص البيان

يدين التحالف السوداني بأشد العبارات المجزرة البشعة التي ارتكبها نظام الحركة الإسلامية الإرهابي في منطقة أم رسـوم الواقعة بين الفولة وأبو زبد بولاية غرب كردفان، والتي استهدفت المواطنين الأبرياء وقصفت مصادر المياه في وضح نهار شهر رمضان المبارك، في جريمة مكتملة الأركان ترقى إلى جرائم حرب وانتهاكات جسيمة للقانون الدولي الإنساني.

إن استهداف مصادر المياه – وهي شريان الحياة للمدنيين – يمثل سلوكاً إجرامياً ممنهجاً يهدف إلى معاقبة المجتمعات المحلية وتجويعها وتعطيشها، ويكشف عن طبيعة هذا النظام الذي لا يتورع عن قتل الأطفال والنساء وكبار السن، حتى في الأيام المباركة، دون أدنى وازع ديني أو أخلاقي.

إننا في التحالف السوداني:
1. نحمّل نظام الحركة الإسلامية الإرهابي كامل المسؤولية الجنائية والسياسية عن هذه الجريمة النكراء.
2. نطالب المجتمع الدولي، ومجلس الأمن، والاتحاد الأفريقي، ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان، بفتح تحقيق دولي عاجل ومستقل حول مجزرة أم رسـوم ومحاسبة المسؤولين عنها.
3. ندعو المنظمات الإنسانية إلى التدخل الفوري لإغاثة المتضررين وتوفير المياه والمساعدات الطبية العاجلة.
4. نؤكد أن الإفلات من العقاب هو ما شجّع هذا النظام على التمادي في جرائمه بحق المدنيين في كردفان ودارفور وسائر أنحاء السودان.

إن دماء الأبرياء في أم رسـوم لن تذهب هدراً، وسيظل شعبنا متمسكاً بحقّه في العدالة والحرية وبناء دولة مدنية ديمقراطية تقوم على سيادة القانون وتحمي حياة مواطنيها.

الرحمة للشهداء، والشفاء العاجل للجرحى، والقصاص العادل لكل من تلطخت يداه بدماء الأبرياء.

Press Statement of Condemnation

The Sudanese Alliance strongly condemns the horrific massacre committed by the terrorist Islamic Movement regime in the area of Um Rasoom, located between Al-Fulah and Abu Zabad in West Kordofan, where innocent civilians were killed and vital water sources were deliberately targeted in broad daylight during the holy month of Ramadan.

Targeting water sources—lifelines for civilian communities—constitutes a grave violation of international humanitarian law and amounts to a war crime. Such actions reflect a systematic policy of collective punishment aimed at terrorizing and destabilizing local populations. The killing of civilians, including children, during the sacred month of Ramadan underscores the brutality and moral bankruptcy of this regime.

The Sudanese Alliance:
1. Holds the terrorist Islamic Movement regime fully responsible—politically and criminally—for this heinous crime.
2. Calls on the international community, the United Nations Security Council, the African Union, and international human rights organizations to launch an urgent and independent investigation into the Um Rasoom massacre and ensure accountability for those responsible.
3. Urges humanitarian organizations to intervene immediately to provide emergency relief, including access to clean water and urgent medical assistance to affected civilians.
4. Reaffirms that continued impunity has emboldened the regime to persist in committing atrocities across Kordofan, Darfur, and other parts of Sudan.

The blood of the innocent in Um Rasoom will not be forgotten. The Sudanese people remain steadfast in their pursuit of justice, freedom, and the establishment of a civilian democratic state founded on the rule of law and the protection of all citizens.

Mercy to the victims, swift recovery to the wounded, and justice for all those whose hands are stained with innocent blood.
